General Notes:
The Antills were a wealthy family and she was supposed to enter an arranged marriage, but rejected it and went off and trained as a Nurse and dispening chemist at St Bartholomews Hospital.
An article published on the occasion of her 100th Birthday in January 1982, reords her as saying that she could remember seeing WG Grace and also being taken to the theatre as a small child to see Buffalo Bill!
Violet married Vivian, John Carter, son of John Carter and Lucinda, Margaret, Mackelcan Johns, Apr to Jun 1907 in Epsom, Surrey. (Vivian, John Carter was born in 1881 in London St Johns Wood and died in Feb 1956.)
