Frances Baldwin

A dour but clever woman; on the death of her husband she combined house with Tom Barber, who was a widower, to make a home for his and her children. TB had been in partnership with Frank (Fred) as Lloyds underwriters; they founded CE Heath Insurers and The Excess Insurance Co, with business in Australia and elsewhere.

Frances married Frank, Wood, Mackelcan Johns, son of Edward, Wildy, Mackelcan Johns and Ellen Macduff. (Frank, Wood, Mackelcan Johns was born on 25 Jul 1871 and died on 3 Oct 1906 in North London.)
